Start Button 8

I'm confused...are these two different products or the same thing

On the video, it says "Or make your own skin" an on the homepage, it says "Select a cool skin for the Start button or create your own one." How exactly do you do this?

Like ssms would find Sql Server Management Studio. That's how it works in Windows 7 start menu.

Please update Start Button 8 with "power control panel" translated to Brazilian Portuguese

It would be nice to give the option to keep both the start button and the Metro (or Modern, or whatever) UI available at the same time, with an option from the menu to define what the win key brings up, the start menu or the new tile start menu....
